While the installation of the protector was fairly easy, it does take a firm hand to remove air bubbles as you put the protector on. The fit was perfect but the proble was the attachment of the handling tabs on each end of the protector. While they helped to put the protector on initially, they would detach after the protector was put on. A firm pull would not remove the tabs. Of course, a stronger pull just lifted up the protector which introduced air bubbles again. So I had to resort to cutting the tabs off. Not the best way to remove them!

A month ago, I bought an iLuv protector and since I took it out from its package it looked wrong and worst when I put it on my iphone. The protector is from 1/16? to 1/8?, on one side, smaller than the screen. Top cuts for the camera and earpiece (receiver) are very long and they aren't centered. I contacted custoerm service of iLuv and their answer for the poor cut and the location of the holes and everything was that iLuv designed it like that in case the customer failed on the installation (???). In addition, the protector is thick and hard, so your display screen lost sensibility and you need to press harder to be able to use it. The Anti-Glare protection is average and the only good thing is that you can clean fingerprints or skin oil with your own fingers very fast. You can be tempted to buy it because for $14.99 you have 2 screen protectors instead of one if you decide to purchase an invisible shield from Zagg. But, I prefer Zagg?s protectors, because I felt more comfortable with the installation and its profile cuts. I have an invisible shield on my iPad with retina display, and in the past 10 months it hasn?t turn yellow, damage or distorted the retina display.
